Mr. Dalton graduated from State University at Buffalo School of Law in 2022, with a J.D. degree. There he focused on cross-border studies, finance and development. He received his B.S. degree from Lemoyne University in 2017. He was admitted to the Bar of New York in 2023. Frank is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York. His practice at Zdarsky, Sawicki & Agostinelli LLP has been in real estate transactions and landlord tenant matters.
